Terms of Service

Draft — pending legal review. These Terms govern use of PaySwitch (the "Service") by Efolusi products/merchants ("you").

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, DPA, and AUP, which form an integral part hereof.

2. The Service

PaySwitch is payment orchestration: one API and one webhook across many payment gateways, with an internal per-product ledger. PaySwitch is not a bank and does not hold customer funds except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Your obligations

• Keep your api_key and webhook_secret confidential.
• Comply with each payment gateway's rules and applicable law.
• Do not use the Service for prohibited activity (see AUP).

4. Fees

Fees follow the Pricing page and/or a written agreement. Gateway fees are passed through at provider rates.

5. Suspension & termination

We may suspend access for breach, fraud risk, or regulator request, with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped per the agreement; we are not liable for indirect losses.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are notified before they take effect.

8. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Note (§10): PJP (Bank Indonesia) status must be validated by counsel before go-live.
